Viewings are strictly by appointment only and are held in the village of Peasmore, Berkshire. Peasemore is located within 5 miles of Junction 13 of the M4 (A34 intersection) and within 8 miles of Newbury. The village map identifies the pub with a circle; precise instructions for the location of the viewing will be given when an appointment is made.
